This privacy policy explains Fasano Associates, Inc.’s (“Fasano,” “our” or “we”) general practices for collecting, using, sharing and protecting personal information. Fasano’s website and services are not intended for residents outside of the United States.

Your continued use of Fasano’s services, websites and applications following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 or target Fasano’s websites or applications to children under the age of 13.  Fasano may collect information about children under the age of 13 from a parent or guardian with their consent, and this data is protected in accordance with this privacy policy.
